Thornton Park

Founded in September of 2012, RusTeak has evolved year after year. RusTeak's name is a play on "Rustic"  and is  our spin-off concept from our original restaurant  Teak Neighborhood Grill.

RusTeak was created to fill a need in the underserved culinary community of Ocoee Florida and to fill a desire of opening a restaurant to be collectively proud of.  A restaurant that can showcase our passion for hospitality, passion for food and of course wine.

RusTeak evolved culinarily and spiritually. Spiritually in the cocktail sense.  Our cocktail menu has graduated into the realm of craft.  Our wine list has evolved into excellence.  Winning the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence each year.  Our beer menu has evolved into hyper local.

Having parted ways with our original baby Teak Neighborhood Grill in 2014, we parlayed the proceeds of its sale into our second RusTeak.  RusTeak College Park was founded in the fall of 2014.  Located in the enchanting and nostalgic community of College Park. 

​

In 2016 we opened another restaurant downtown in Thornton Park Called The Stubborn Mule.  Followed by Menagerie Eatery & Bar and The Broken Cage in 2018, The Broken Cage Denver in 2019 followed by Feather & Quill Windermere in 2020.

We are beyond blessed and greatful to have so much community support of our concepts.  We hope to see you soon.
